Gena: A portrait of the beat as young

Three years ago Evgeni Enchev and the rest of So Called Crew are taking this basement at Borovo (where they once met) and start to lay a concrete pad for their first studio. Making hip-hop together is almost the same:
one puts the base, other aligns it and third is piecing up until someone like us comes in and says " it looks great."

In this so called team, Gena is the beat master. Before the rimes of Zhluch, Trasher, F-act, Grigovor ot STARTERAs fit on his instrumental, there is a long process of his creation: from digging for vinyls to listening, recording of samples and making the whole rhythm. Today we hear the music underneath the words and Gena reveals everything behind it - from his first unsuccessful attempts to the scary moments when someone hears a new song just before you throw in the bucket.
