2 April 2009
This month we celebrate 130 years since Sofia is the capital of Bulgaria and this is a good reason for a little feast.

On April 3rd you can see the exhibition, called Russia and Bulgaria in the end of the 19 Century – in front of the the National Theatre. The exhibition consists of unique documents, which are kept usually in the archives of Moscow. The same day, in the evening, you can witness a concert-spectacle in the National Palace of Culture, Hall 1 – it starts in 19:00.
The program, dedicated to the celebration of the capital, includes also the documentary eco-movie The Noah’s Ark of Sofia (Odeon Cinema, April 4, 19:00), the exhibition of Fransisko Goia in the Servantes Institute and the show-spectacle in the Sofia Theatre on April 7 Grows Up and Grows Pretty (18:30).
