They are young and beautiful, they are working at an advertising agency and making good money. They are making it out just fine amid the temptations and traps of the big city, they know how to dress and where to go. They are an object of admiration and hatred. But everything turns out just a beautiful wrapping, imposed notions of success, realization, happiness. Polish author Joanna Owsianko’s play Tiramisu is the outcome of her personal experience as an advertising agent in a big company. She discloses the fictitious reality, which attempts to come in the place of one’s life, tastes and preferences. Director Nikolay Polyakov, a master of the analytical treatment of classical and contemporary texts, casts seven talented young actresses for the roles.
