In February we encounter cauliflower mostly pickled in jars but we can still catch it in the fresh fruit&veggies stores. Why do we need to? The curly cousin of cabbage is an anti-cancer agent that holds 77% of our daily vitamin C dose, a whole bunch of B complex, doesn't hold too many calories but has a lot of fiber and antioxidants that take good care of the human brains and hearts.
