Traditionally we eat them in green salads with boiled eggs, but the small root vegetable that strengthen our nervous and muscle tissue, deserve a leading role. We give it to them with thee unconventional plots - in the oven, marinated and in that-that salad, because we felt uncomfortable just telling you "they are good for you, just eat them as if they're apples".
