We found three ways to save our fresh herbs from dying in the fridge

Herb butter

Herb butter


Just mix whatever herbs you have left in the fridge with slightly melted butter and a pintch of salt. Put it in a bowl that fits and cover with foil. It will last up to two weeks.

Why not spice your H2O a little bit? You can never go wrong with the classic combination of mint, cucumbers and lemon but also try strawberries and basil, rosemary and ginger, cilantro and lime.
Frozen herbs

Chop your leftover herbs and fill up to 2/3 of the boxes in an ice cube tray. Then fill the rest with boiling water or olive oil. Freeze in the camera and you use the herb ice cubes whenever you need them.
