Pumpkin with character

The aphabet of vitamins in it starts with A, B, C, and the potassium inside helps the heart. We have another reason to keep pumpkin always in our kitchen: it puts an unexpected twist in the most banal recipe. Not that we're talking about baked with honey - today we're interested in three more sophisticated desserts-breakfasts, that we put together in no time.

It doesn't take an hour in the oven - just 10 minutes and a little time in the microwave. And it smells like something you need to eat right now (and so it happens). We mix 1/3 cup of pumpkin with one egg, 2 table spoons sugar, a little bit of milk and some cinammon. Put all of this in a cup that has crushed biscuits, mixed with some butter. Take that to the microwave for 2 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the middle.

It's difficult to give you the exact recipe, since everything depends on your personal taste. Our favorite? Half a cup of pumpkin, plus a cup of milk, a big spoon of honey and some ginger and cinammon. The biggest trick? Put some chia seeds and oatmeal, leave it overnight in the refrigerator and get a delicious breakfast in the morning.

For them, you put together 1 1/4 cup of flour with a spoon of soda, some cinammon and a little bit of salt; in another bowl, mix a cup of milk and a cup of pumpkin together with an egg and two spoons both of sugar and butter. With a big spoon, put the batter in a pan and fry for a minute. The result is a big mountain of pancakes - you eat it in a few minutes, but after a breakfast like that the whole day seems somehow better.
