"The lilac city" will be smelling of party during this September's first weekend because the music festival is turning the ex-barracks's park into a dance floor.
Skye and Ross from Morcheeba, Djaikovksi and Rachel West, S.A.R.S. and The Sweet Life Sociaty are the foreign artists that will be entertaining us on September 2 and September 3 in Lovech.
